Shipping & return policies

We calculate our shipping rates based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package, our shipping fees already include package insurance, which you will be able to see after receiving your package. Purchasing two different items such as a tie and a shirt will increase the package weight, resulting in a slight increase in shipping cost. This additional fee of $5 USD covers the extra cost of shipping the heavier package. Here are the list of countries and regions we can currently ship to and our current shipping rates up to the weight limit:

We ship our products from Indonesia, we will ship your order in 1-2 days after purchase, as we need time to pack it. We will notify shipping information with tracking detail once it is shipped ♡

You'll be able to track your order in 1-2 days after we send you the tracking number due to the package scanning and processing process in customs regulation.

If there's an issue with your delivery (e.g., lost, damaged, undelivered) we will require proof of the delivery such as:

1. Confirmation that the package was delivered as claimed ( has the correct address and intended reciptient)

2. Unboxing video, if the package were to arrive in a damaged state (already opened/ ripped open), we will need a unboxing video as proof 

For International customers, your orders will arrive in 1-3 weeks. For US & Canada orders, the package requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, your package will be held at the nearest post office for pickup. Unclaimed packages will be returned, and reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Considering the new law of US tariffs, SAKURAKIRUU decided to not ship to the US until further notice.
Majority of shipments from Indonesia are banned and the only available shipment to the US will be a subject to huge tariffs, not only that the shipment option available to the US right now (Export Post shipping) is known for it's bad reputation when it comes to handling packages (losing, opening, etc).

Given the time and love put into each SAKURAKIRUU product, we are not willing to take such risks, so with a heavy heart we will temporarily stop shipping to the US until further notice.

We await a time when shipping to the US is possible again ♡

Combined Shipping
For International orders, we are unable to combine shipping for shirts to save up on shipping fees, for it will change our package dimensions and exceed our weight limit, therefore shipping two shirts to the same address will still count as two different shipments.

We are able to combine the shipping if you purchase both a shirt and a tie we will have an additional $5 fee to cover the extra cost of shipping the heavier package, please message us your order number when this happens so we can refund the extra shipping cost after a double checkout process.

You are able to combine shipping for two ties, it will count as one shipment as it is able to fit our package dimensions & is up to our weight limit. Please message us your order number when this happens so we can pack the order together and refund the extra shipping cost after a double checkout process.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, Please make sure to pay close attention to the details and information of each piece before ordering, any form of return will be the customer's responsibility ♡
