Terms & Conditions for SAKURAKIRUU Custom Orders! 📝
1. You’ll first purchase a plain base garment of your choice in our Bigcartel website for $45 along with the shipping fee to your country. Sizes depend on the available base pieces and follow their original sizing, meaning sizes are not customizable! Please check the sizing details of your chosen base carefully before purchasing. This payment counts as a partial payment toward your final custom price :>
2. Ordering process will be just like the usual drops, customers will check out the base garments on the bigcartel website on the order date and time, due to the high demand for custom orders, the system will still be first come first serve.

3. After your order, please contact me through Instagram DM with your order number so we can discuss your design idea. I’ll create a digital design mock-up and let you know the additional design fee before moving forward.
4. If you choose an existing SAKURAKIRUU design, I can remake it for the latest price of the original piece, I can adjust the colors and details according to your liking, but if the added painted detail is more complex than what we can offer, there will be a $5-10 fee. The additional price will be paid before I begin stitching on the garment.

Customers may choose whether or not they want their custom shirts cropped, for added details such as chinese frog buttons, please message us for availability.
*Please note that our patches are made of scrap fabrics are are handpainted so not every patch will be the exact same

5. New custom designs are priced between $20-$50 depending on complexity and must be fully paid before I begin stitching on the physical piece. I will send a paypal invoice before I start stitching and I will start working after the payment.

6. I can make a design of your favorite character, your pet, your favorite animal, yourself, or anything else you can think of!! However, I strictly refuse to do copies of another artist's work, designs with NSFW themes, controversial themes, racial slurs and violence.
7. Your custom piece will take around 1–3 weeks to make depending on the design difficulty and process. Don’t worry! I’ll try to update you throughout the whole process!
8. Every custom order comes with a free art print + extra stickers 💌
