Where is SAKURAKIRUU based?
Our brand is based in Indonesia, our small business has a focus on sharing our love and passion we put into each one of our unique 1 of 1 handmade pieces with the world ♡

How are SAKURAKIRUU shirts made?
Our base garments are thrifted, washed and cleaned thoroughly before getting reworked Our designs are 1 of 1, meaning there is only 1 in stock of each reworked product, even when we repeat our design, there's always a different detail within each piece because it is handmade! SAKURAKIRUU does not produce in mass, we use a mix of scrap fabrics to make our patches, we draw cute elements on the shirts using fabric crayon and fabric paint to make it more lovable! we're focusing on sustainability and slow fashion :)

Does SAKURAKIRUU shirts only come in one size?
Our shirt size mostly varies from M-XL/2XL, but we are also keeping an eye for bigger sizes, our base shirts are mostly men's shirts which we cropped to have a boxy cut, the shirt sizes for each item varies based on our stock, size details are available on each item's menu. It is much safer to compare our measurements with a shirt you have at home before ordering, to get a better image of your measurements. 

How does shipping work?
We ship internationally & nationally, using Pos Indonesia for international orders and JNE express for national orders. Please check our Shipping & Return Policies page for more information about the shipping.
Shipping fees will also be informed during the checkout process!
We are still a small brand, we will continue expanding our shipping range in the future when we have enough budget ♡

Is Combined shipments possible to save up on shipping fees?
Combined shipment is only possible for the purchase of two ties/ a shirt and a tie, for more information on combined shipping, please check our shipping & return policies page.

What is the limit of SAKURAKIRUU items I can put in my cart?
For shirts, we have a limit of one shirt per purchase. For ties, we have a maximum of two ties per purchase. You are allowed to order 1 shirt and a tie per purchase with an additional $5 USD fee to cover the extra cost of shipping the heavier package.

Why is there a limit on the amount of reworked items I can purchase?
Our pieces are unique and handmade in small quantities so we limit our shirts order to one item per order and/or up to two ties per batch. We do this to ensure every pieces find their own special homes! ♡

How to Order?
You are able to order at order day during order time. We are not open for preorders, as our items are limited. During the order day, we will freeze our website for 10 minutes before order time to prepare, right on order time, click refresh, select the item you want and continue to the checkout process ^^

Checkout process
During the checkout process, customers will need to fill up their shipping information before continuing to the payment, shipping information includes:
Contact Information:
Name, phone number and email address is required for order updates, confirmations, and shipping notifications.
Address:
Customers need to provide their full mailing address, including street address, city, state/province, and zip/postal code.

What payment method does SAKURAKIRUU accept?
We currently only accept payments through paypal, we tried other methods however paypal works best for us ♡

How do I know when my products are already shipped?
We will inform your shipping information through email once we ship your order! you'll be able to track your order in 1-2 days after we send you the tracking number, due to the package scanning and processing process in customs regulation. If you have any questions or if you need us to track it for you, feel free to reach out to us by email :)

Does SAKURAKIRUU have a newsletter subscription?
Unfortunately we do not have a newsletter subscription yet, for now we will notify exact dates for our drops around 1-2 weeks before each drop through our instagram. ♡

Is SAKURAKIRUU open for customs?
We are currently not open for custom as we are currently lacking space to do it, our designs will be as it is for now! We will be open for custom commissions once we have a more comfortable workspace. ♡
*Please remember to check our shop bio for current availability before placing a custom order. We won't be sending individual notifications regarding the availability of custom orders.

SAKURAKIRUU's Packaging?
We are still in early development and we wish for our products to arrive safely to your homes! As for now, our packaging is still made of plastic, Please recycle it wisely!♡

I received my package, what should I do?
Please notify us through instagram DMs or through email after receiving your package! or if you have the chance to wear it, don't hesitate to send us pictures or tag us on instagram!♡
But just in case you forget, we will reach out to you through email in a few days time after the package arrives for confirmation! ♡

When will SAKURAKIRUU come back after each drop?
We will be back in 1-2 months! we need time to review our orders and produce new shirts! ♡
We will need time to thrift, clean, and craft our base shirts, handsewing the patches takes a lot of time. We will provide the exact date for our drops around 1-2 weeks before the next drop. We hope you understand ♡

Why are SAKURAKIRUU's product prices the same in USD and IDR??
Handcrafted products are not as cheap as mass produced products. Many handmade artists are severly underpaid for their hard work and creativity, every artist has the right to price their art, especially when it's their full time job.
We price our products fairly based on our ideas, supply costs, time, effort, and expertise in making our 1 of 1 handcrafted products! We pride ourselves in making original designs that are handsewn and handpainted, which is not easy and takes a lot of time! ♡
We understand that our prices may not be in everyone's budget, especially for local buyers. However, we're not forcing you to buy from us, we we poured our love and hard work into each piece, so we hope you can understand, let's appreciate handmade items more ♡

Why don't SAKURAKIRUU sell at Shopee?
Shopee is not available in all countries, the app primarily operates in Southeast Asia, we have a variety of international customers outside of SEA and we would like to share our works with the world! ♡ Aside from that, we take pride in creating handcrafted products, with a purpose to promote sustainability and slow fashion. Some marketplaces, commonly used to sell mass produced products, may expose our products to a higher risk of plagiarism and mass production by unsustainable companies.
Through our current website, we are able to curate our customers and prevent others from blind buying our handmade products without understanding the value behind it.

Does SAKURAKIRUU sell reworked items on any other platform besides Bigcartel? 
No, we are only selling reworked items through this website, any other shop using our name and selling our products on other platforms is a scam, please help us by reporting these shops if you ever encounter one.

Can I remake SAKURAKIRUU's designs for personal use?
Yes! feel free to! we encourage you to give new life to your old clothes! it is a fun and sustainable way to personalize your belongings ♡

Can I remake SAKURAKIRUU's design to sell/for commercial use?
No ♡ we are strictly against anyone selling designs identical to ours and we will sue for copyright infringement ♡
